The right to use this Puzle Press font software product is granted under the agreement of the following conditions:

END USER LICENCE

This Puzle Press font software product may be used on one workstation with the registered purchaser/organisation and may not be modified or reformatted for any purpose. A separate licence agreement and fee is required if the software is to be used on more than one single workstation. Use of this font software product is limited to desktop preview and print only. This license does not permit embedding of this font software into websites. Please contact Puzle Press directly regarding multi–device usage.

This font software product may not be duplicated. No copies of this font software product may be produced for supply or use by third parties or for any purpose other than those purposes permitted above. This licence and font software product is non-transferable.

Purchase of this license does not transfer any right, title or interest in this font software product to the Customer, except as specifically set forth in this Licence Agreement. This font software product is protected under copyright laws.

Puzle Press reserves the right to terminate this licence upon breach of the above conditions. In the event of termination, the Customer will delete the font data from all systems and provide Puzle Press a certificate of destruction of all copies.

PUZLE PRESS WARRANTY

Puzle Press warrants that the font software will perform in accordance with its required specifications. This warranty is for a period of 90 days from date of purchase. Puzle Press exclude any warranty coverage for consequential or incidental damages. Puzle Press does not warrant that the software will perform with future applications or operating systems.
